At PearTree Daycare and Academy, we strive to offer high-quality childcare at rates that reflect the value of our programs and support the resources necessary for your child’s growth and care. Below are our tuition rates and payment policies.

Tuition Rates
6 weeks – 16 months: $195 per week
16 months – 2 years: $185per week
2 – 3 years: $175per week
3 – 5 years: $165 per week
The first payment is due with the registration fee.

Payment Schedule
All tuition is required to be paid:
Weekly: At least one week in advance
Monthly: At least 24 hours prior to the start of the month
Parents paying monthly must ensure payment is made by the last day of the current month for the following month. No balances may carry over to the next month.

Attendance and Absences
Our tuition policy ensures that we can consistently provide a safe, engaging, and well-staffed environment for all children. Because your tuition covers operational costs—including staff, snacks, materials, and equipment—payment is due regardless of attendance. This policy means:

No Deductions for Absences: Tuition is not reduced if your child misses days, even due to illness or if the center is closed.

Vacation Benefit: Each child enrolled for the calendar year is eligible for one week of vacation with no tuition charge per year (January 1 – December 31).

Late Payments and Returned Checks
We understand that situations arise, and we’re here to support you. However, it’s essential that fees do not fall behind. If you encounter a payment issue, please contact the Director immediately to discuss arrangements.

Late Fees: Unpaid balances may result in delayed care until tuition is up-to-date.

Returned Checks: There is a $35 service charge for any returned checks.
